Sleeping up to two people, this cosy first floor apartment is set amid lovely countryside in Cowdale, 2.5 miles from Buxton. The Loft is a welcoming first floor apartment, part of a stone barn conversion, in the countryside of Cowdale near Buxton. There is a double room plus a shower room with shower, basin and WC. The living area is cosy, with a fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, and a sitting area with woodburner-effect electric fire. Outside there is off road parking, and shared use of an outdoor sitting area. With walks from the door and the attractions of the Peaks on the doorstep, The Loft is ideal for a romantic break or walking holiday.

Skirting heaters and electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, small library of books, games and DVDs. Shared use of laundry room with washer/dryer. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Shared lawned area with furniture (across yard from cottage). One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pubs 2.5 miles. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Note: This Buxton self-catering apartment is accessed via 11 external stone steps.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The location and general access to and from the property via road was excellent and with ease onto the main roads. It is a short distance from Buxton which made it easy to get shopping or petrol. The property was excellent and the owners were respectful of my privacy, but were there if needed. This was one of the best holidays I've had in 13 years.
