Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,The cottage was everything we had hoped for being only 2 of us, very quirky and good use of space when the sun was out the garden was really to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. Good views also from the garden, all in all a excellent home from home.

,It was a welcome feeling in the cottage after a long day walking with the dog. It was like home from home warm, cosy and quiet. The garden was great as it was all enclosed so we could let the dog out without worry. The area was very picturesque and there where some nice walks that were not to strenuous. The owners who live on site were very helpful when it came to where to walk and visit.
