There is also a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside is an enclosed patio area, with a summerhouse housing a gym, shower and WC. There is also a hot tub, and off road parking for two cars. Bramble Grange is in an great location for exploring the area.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property Feedback:The accommodation at Bramble Grange was just perfect for us, both in terms of the living and sleeping arrangements, and proximity to the areas theme parks and other tourist/activity centres. The whole accommodation inside and out was spotless. My husband and I were on holiday with our 3 year old son, so the 2 good size double bedrooms were excellent - very comfortable beds, good storage and lighting. There was a fold out dining table in the living area which was great for eating together. Also there was a lovely private hot tub and sauna, TV with DVD and WIFI access for us to keep ourselves entertained at night once our son was asleep. The main bedroom also had a TV. The owners live in the attached main house (a lovely couple who just leave you to it unless you need them) which, together with this holiday letting, wrap around a very cosy quite court yard style drive/garden with fish pond, lovely planting and evening lighting and a designated car space. I would definitely recommend this property for parents with one or 2 children or 1-2 couples looking to explore Leicestershire and neighbouring county's.
