Set solely over the ground floor, the cottage offers a double room and a single room with a pull-out stacker bed, which can be kept as a single, made into a king-size double, or a twin, upon request. There is also a family bathroom and an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with fabulous views of the Colne Valley. Outside, there is a patio split over two levels with furniture, a summer house, and roadside parking. Holmdale Cottage is the perfect base for small groups and couples exploring this wonderful area at any time of year.

Note: There is a slope up to the front door and the property is not suitable for those with limited mobility.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Cottage was compact with everything you need, and the views were lovely whatever the weather. In a good location for plenty of nice walks.
