This detached stone built cottage is located in the village of Monyash near to Bakewell and can sleep ten people in four bedrooms. Spingle Barn is a spacious, detached, stone built cottage on a working farm in the village of Monyash near to Bakewell in the Peak District. The cottage has four double bedrooms (one with two extra single beds) all with ensuites, as well as a family bathroom, making it suitable for ten people. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside the cottage is off road parking for four cars and a courtyard garden with outdoor furniture. With features suitable for disabled guests and the whole of the Peak District to discover, Spingle Barn is a fabulous cottage in a glorious location.

Oil central heating with underfloor heating and electric heaters in bedrooms and bathrooms with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, highchair and travel cot, 55" Smart TV with FreeSat HD, 4 x TVs with FreeSat, DVDs, all-in-one touch-screen computer with WiFi and Skype facility, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 8 cars. Rear courtyard with furniture, BBQ and firepit. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 2 mins walk. Note: The owners can organise a maid service for an additional charge, by prior arrangement. Note: Check-in 4pm.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The cottage was absolutely beautiful & very well equipped. More importantly it was all accessible for my disabled daughter & it is the only property we have been in where accessibility & luxury go hand in hand. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay. We'll be back!
