Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property Feedback:Great location for exploring the Peak District. The cottage was wonderful, cosy and welcoming, and we LOVED the back garden and the little gate leading directly onto countryside walks. The local Oakley Arms did a super dinner, and Ashbourne was just down the road. Would love to come back.
,The Cottage is in a really pretty village, with lovely views across the countryside. The moment we arrived we all felt relaxed, it is a real home from home. The location in Derbyshire has plenty of things to do in and around the local area. I think the thing we all enjoyed the most was lighting the fire in the evening.
,We particularly enjoyed driving through the private park on the way to Callow Cottage, with sheep and cows wandering around. With a fully fitted, clean kitchen, with all crockery and cutlery catered for, we felt well looked after. The WIFI access was great, the views from the cottage absolutely superb and the kids were overjoyed with sheep at the bottom of the garden. They were almost as happy when finding a swing attached to the large tree on the left of the garden gate in the 'sheep's' field.
A fantastic 5 nights sleep was had by all, with clean sheets and duvets on very comfortable beds. This was followed each morning with a breakfast in the conservatory overlooking the garden.
All in all - great break away, in a well looked after cottage, highly recommended and will (subject to availability) book again without hesitation.
