Situated within a few minutes' walk of the centre of the village, this lovely cottage is composed of two bedrooms, one double and one single, as well as an open plan living room with central staircase, and a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen. Clays View is constructed on the side of the owner's home, just a few minutes' walk from the centre of the chocolate box village of Alstonefield. The cottage sleeps three people in two bedrooms which are made up of a double and a single room. There is also a first floor shower room, a spacious open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric flame-effect fire. Outside there is ample off road parking and a pretty, enclosed garden with a patio and garden furniture. A location to be enjoyed at any time of year!

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:This is a superb location from which to explore this beautiful part of Derbyshire. We had everything we could wish for, and more! We would definitely like to return.
