This semi-detached cottage situated in the village of Hope sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Brinks View Cottage is a semi-detached cottage set in the lovely village of Hope in the Peak District National Park. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and a woodburning stove. Outside there's off road parking for two cars and a shared lawned garden with patio and furniture. Brinks View Cottage is a delightful base for a couple or small family who wish to enjoy walks in the area or the charming villages and towns that can be found nearby.

Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Secure bike storage. Shared lawned garden with patio and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 mins walk.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,The cottage far exceeded expectations in every way. The location was fabulous - in a little village but with enough amenities such as pubs, cafes, a deli and grocery store. The cottage was very well equipped and there was nothing we needed during the week. It was by far the best equipped and cleanest cottage, with a lovely garden with magnificent views too. The owners who live next door are lovely people, very helpful but not at all intrusive. I would have no doubts recommending this cottage and we are already planning to return. The pictures do not do the cottage justice in my opinion, it is far better in real life.
