Outside is a lovely shared garden with furniture, and parking can be found by the roadside. 13A Kinder Road is close to excellent walking up the Kinder Plateau or through the lovely countryside of the Peak District National Park, and is also a great base for Buxton, Bakewell, Chatsworth and more.

Electric heating with electric fire in living area. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on first come, first served basis. Rear shared patio garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 min walk. Note: This property is on the first floor, with access shared with other residents. Note: This property is not suitable for children.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Excellent location in centre of the village ideal for pubs. Very picturesque scenery for walking and cycling. It was a good little flat; the owner and operators very helpful would have no hesitation recommending to anyone.
