The cottage can sleep six people in two bedrooms with a sofa bed in the sitting room. The two bedrooms are made up of a king-size double with an en-suite and a twin room. There is also a bathroom, a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen, a utility and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside is off road parking for two cars and two patio areas with furniture. Vale Barn is in an ideal location for discovering the Peak District and Derbyshire.

Note: Steep slope with handrail approaching property followed by 8 stone steps to front patio. Note: No stag/hen parties, or similar. Note: The galleried landing overlooks the sitting room, therefore care should be taken. Note: A range of home-cooked meals/salads and desserts is available from the owner at additional cost. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The cottage was lovely, cosy and easy to get to. The location was great and in walking distance from pubs and shops.
