The cottage sleeps four people in two super king-size bedrooms (one with an en-suite shower). There is also a ground floor bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area, a utility and a sitting room. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a patio with furniture. Greenacres Barn is a spacious property with many attractions available close by.

Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 8 mins walk. Note: There are three steps to access the sitting room, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The cottage was very clean and very spacious. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home straight away and throughout our stay. This is an ideal retreat to stay, it is very quiet and would especially be suitable for those visiting the nearby Alton Towers estate. We thoroughly recommended.
