This luxurious stone barn conversion is in the village of Crich and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  Slacks Barn is in an elevated position with stunning views near Cromford and Crich. The cottage sleeps four people with two bedrooms which are a king-size double and a twin both with en-suites. The cottage has a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with dining area and multi-fuel stove. There are large lawned areas to the rear and side. Slacks Barn is suitable for small families or couples with uninterrupted views of the surrounding areas making it the perfect base for every age with every taste.

Underfloor heating from ground source heat pump with multi-fuel stove. Range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Patio and lawned areas with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and restaurant 2 miles. Pub 10 mins walk. Note: As there is livestock in surrounding fields, dogs must be kept on leads.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
