This immaculate cottage is in the village of Bakewell near to Chatsworth in the Peak District National Park and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Kings Court Cottage is an 18th century terraced cottage in the market town of Bakewell within the Peak District National Park. The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms, one double with en-suite and one twin, as well as family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a first floor kitchen and sitting room with dining area and gas fire.To the outside of the cottage there is a front courtyard with furniture. Kings Court Cottage is in an ideal spot to explore this lovely part of the Peak District.

Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Loading/unloading outside property only. Parking permit for 1 car, plus parking available in public car park. Front courtyard with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and cafe next door, pub 1 min walk. Note: This cottage is set in a courtyard and is next to shops and cafes. Note: The courtyard and table are for exclusive use of the property, however the cottage next door has a right of access through the courtyard. Note: Due to stairs leading directly from the living room, property may not be suitable for young children.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The cottage was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed both in the cottage and the town. We will hopefully stay there again.
