This first floor apartment is located in Wollerton near Market Drayton and can sleep two people in one bedroom.  Maple Tree Cottage is a first floor apartment in the grounds of the owner's home in Wollerton near to Market Drayton. The apartment sleeps two people and has a double bedroom, a shower room and an open plan living area with a kitchen and a sitting area. Outside is off road parking, a private patio and shared use of the owner's gardens. A luxurious romantic retreat, Maple Tree Cottage is a superb destination for discovering the wonderful Shropshire countryside.

LPG central heating. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Shared lawned garden and private patio with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome (to be kept on lead outside). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: There is an unfenced small pond close to the entrance door. Note: The owner can provide two z-beds. Note: The owner can provide superb home-cooked food on request, at an extra charge.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:A very comfortable cottage with an excellent outlook and furnished to the highest standard. The owners were very friendly hosts. There are walks and cycling routes nearby plus National Trust properties.

,The gardens were wonderful and the family were very welcoming and incredibly helpful during our stay with anything we needed, offering advice on travelling and suggesting local tourist attractions. Their golden retriever was also just as lovely and well mannered. The cottage was perfect for my dog, too and the gardens and on-site, closed-in field were excellent location for a scenic stroll in the morning or early-evening. We would love to come again.
