This property offers plenty of character, including a wood-burning stove, exposed ceiling beams and country views. With four bedrooms, this holiday home is able to sleep up to eight people and offers shared access to two games rooms and the owner's grounds. These include a private farm walk, a conservation area with natural pools and picnic site, as well as an abundance of wildlife. Children can also enjoy pony rides and are permitted to feed the chickens. The owners offer stabling, together with hacks and cross country jumps with access to the Jack Mytton Way.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,Turnip Barn was a fantastic base for our mixed group ranging from 13 to 77 plus two dogs. We enjoyed all the facilities, particularly the tennis court and games room, and there were numerous lovely walks from the door. The standard of the accommodation was excellent - we particularly enjoyed a glass of wine or two on the terraces each evening looking at the lovely sunsets. There is lots to do in the area, all within a short drive. It was very difficult to leave. Thanks to the owners for thinking of everything.
