Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Dining room seats 12 with an addition potable table that seats 4. Kitchen with dining area and small sitting area (seats 2). Utility. Sitting room with corner sofa that can be used as an adult double sofa bed.

The cottage can sleep twelve people in four bedrooms which are made up of a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a triple bunk (double on bottom, single on top), one tri[le bunks (three high) and an adult bunk room. There is also a family bathroom, an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a utility and a further sitting room with sofa bed. Outside there is off road parking for ten cars and a lawned garden with furniture. Squirrel Barn is perfect for getting away from it all, or having an action-packed holiday at any time of year.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,It was an ideal base for a family holiday. In a secluded setting with everything you need for a relaxing break, and there is a hot tub, BBQ and children's play area. There was easy access to Alton Towers and wildlife parks. Would definitely recommend.
