This lovely, terraced cottage sleeps four in two bedrooms. Heatherways is a fantastic, terraced cottage. With two bedrooms, a king-size double with an en-suite wet room, and a double, it sleeps four people comfortably. There is also a kitchen with breakfast area and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there is a patio with a pond to the front, and a garden with furniture to the rear. There is also off road parking for one car. Heatherways is on the edge of the Peak District National Park, and less than an hour from Manchester city centre, making it great for a varied getaway.

Electric storage heating with open fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV with basic Sky, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Folding camp bed on request. Please note: There is a step down into the kitchen from the lounge and also into the conservatory from the kitchen. In the large rear bedroom there is a step down to the sleeping area from the dressing area. Off road parking for 1 car. Conservatory. Front garden with stream, furniture and BBQ (accessed over a single track road). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: The front garden is accessed over a single track road.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Heatherways' conservatory was a lovely place to sit and eat. The views were outstanding. It was a very relaxing place to be.
