This detached cottage near the Peaks town of Marple sleeps six people in three bedrooms. Kitty's is a detached, stone dormer bungalow situated on a working livestock farm, two miles from the town of Marple, close to both Manchester and the Peak District. Mostly ground floor, this cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of one ground floor double and two first floor doubles, one of which has an en-suite shower room. The cottage also has a ground floor bathroom with roll-top bath, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner and a second sitting room with dining area. Outside there is off road parking for three cars and front and rear lawned gardens. Kitty's is a superb base for exploring the area, with the main attractions being the Peak District National Park, the city of Manchester and the spa town of Buxton.

Oil AGA, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent, extra wood can be purchased from owner. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned gardens with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: The first floor bedrooms have low ceilings. Note: Due to the rural location, the WiFi connection and speed can be poor. Note: Children need to be supervised when in gardens.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:This was the best holiday cottage we've stayed at, there was a high standard of cleanliness and equipment and very comfy beds. The owners gave a very warm welcome and greetings throughout our stay. Seeing the working farm was a bonus for our young children. There were wonderful views, a beautiful garden and a fantastic rope swing! Will definitely be returning here.
