Near the Peak District and Alton Towers, the property sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are made up of a king-size double and a twin room. There is also a shower room, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, secure bike storage and a decked area with a gravelled area, a Wendy House and an inflatable hot tub. Kingsley View makes a fantastic base for exploring this area.

Decked area with gravelled area, Wendy House and inflatable hot tub. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pub and restaurant 1 mile downhill. Note: Cottage is on an A road which can get busy at peak times, associated noise will be heard. Note: Boiler is located in the twin bedroom. Note: Hot tub not in use when air temperature less than 5 degrees Celsius.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
