There is also a bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom, an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a first floor utility, and a sitting room with a pool table. Outside there is off road parking for four cars and a lawned garden with furniture and a BBQ. Mill House makes an ideal base whether you are looking for an active or a peaceful holiday.

Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: The owner has sheepdogs and the property is set on a livestock farm, please ensure dogs are kept on a lead when outside. Note: The access road to the property is a self-made road with pot holes and there is a gravel drive, please ensure care is taken.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:This is a lovely house in beautiful countryside. The bird life in the copse which backs on to the garden is endlessly fascinating. We had lengthy evening meals together in the kitchen with its large refectory table. Very well situated for a mix of coastal and hill country activities and visits.
