This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of two king-size double bedrooms, one with a zip/link option to become two 2'6 single beds, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and a woodburning stove. There's also off road parking for one car. Sandy Knowes is just across the road from the beach and conveniently located close to many places of interest that will suit everyone in your party.

Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 8 mins walk. Beach less than 1 min walk across the road.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:A cosy cottage in a perfect location for beach or country walks. There was lots of wildlife and it was good for birdwatching, there is a nature reserve close by. The log burner was lovely. It is excellent for bringing your dog. There are plenty of places to explore within a thirty mile radius, and lots of dog friendly areas. Would definitely recommend if you like a quiet spot.
