The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms which are a ground floor double, a double and a single room. There is also a shower room, a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen, a walk-in pantry, a utility, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a sun room with a dining area. Outside there is a lawned garden and off road parking for three cars. Whitchester Gamekeeper Lodge is in the perfect location for a relaxing Borders break.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and baby bath on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden to rear with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurant 6 miles. Note: There is a stream in the adjacent paddock, children and pets to be supervised. Note: Children over 6 years only. Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: No mobile signal at this property. Note: This property is supplied by a private water supply and is tested in accordance with current legislation by Scottish Borders Council planning and regulatory services on a yearly basis.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
