Sleeping up to six people, this three-bedroom end-terrace cottage is on the edge of Jedburgh, with some lovely views over the town, countryside and abbey. 16 Larkhall Cottages is an attractive end-terraced cottage on a hillside overlooking Jedburgh, just 5 minutes' walk from the town amenities. There is a double room, a twin and a single room with additional pull-out stacker bed. There's also a family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Down the spiral stairs is the living accommodation, comprised of a well-equipped kitchen, and a sitting room with dining area. Outside, as well as off road parking for two cars, is a private deck with furniture, and shared use of a larger garden with gazebo and BBQ. With the abbey, castle, shops and restaurants of Jedburgh a short stroll, and the beautiful countryside, forest walks and cycle trails of the Borders within easy reach, 16 Larkhall Cottages makes a superb family base.

Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Front decking with furniture plus shared garden with gazebo and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Due to spiral stairs and steep hillside location this cottage is unsuitable for the infirm.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
