Set over three floors, the bedrooms consist of a second floor king-size double (zip/link) with an en-suite bathroom, a first floor king-size double, a first floor triple bunks (double futon below, single above) and a second floor single. There is also a bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is roadside parking available. The Beach House is a welcoming pet-friendly cottage, perfect for group gatherings situated close to beaches and family fun.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Sky family bundle, WiFi, selection of games. High chair available on request. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Small free public car park to the rear 1 min walk away. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and beach 1 min walk. Note: The dining tables are drop leaf and in order for 8 to eat formally some furniture would have to be moved. Note: Max 6 adults and 2 children.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
