Electric wall heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:We had an excellent few days at The Garden House and couldn't have needed more to enjoy our stay. The cottage was so well equipped and comfortable and the owners have thought of everything! Our two dogs loved the garden, being dachshunds they always find ways of escaping and the garden has been secured perfectly for complete peace of mind for us and we were able to relax 100%. The furnishings and interior are to a very high standard, it was very clean and everything was in perfect condition. We will definitely be back!

,Our host was very welcoming and the Garden House itself exceeded our expectations. It was very warm and cosy but spacious. The local area provided us with plenty of opportunities to walk and explore, and interesting places to visit. The DVD collection was brilliant - if it had been raining, we'd have been happy to stay in and watch some of them! One of the best places we have stayed in.
