Small patio to rear with table, chairs and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:We loved our holiday. The cottage was very comfortable and attractive in a beautiful, peaceful location. Chatton is a lovely village and very convenient for everything we wanted to do. We very much appreciated the bird feeders in the front garden which were hardly ever without visitors. We are always impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the people we meet in Northumberland.

,The cottage was wonderful with everything you could need, it was like a home from home. The location was perfect, about half an hour from most of the places we wanted to visit. The views from the cottage and village were lovely too. The cottage had lots of books, magazines and DVDs, some of which we used in the evening as we had some rain. There are so many fabulous places to visit, as well as the beautiful scenery, peaceful driving and empty sandy beaches. Perfect. We would definitely recommend and use again ourselves. A lovely holiday cottage with lovely locals in the pub.
