This historic terraced cottage in Berwick-upon-Tweed sleeps four people in two bedrooms. The Preacher's House in a luxury Grade II* listed cottage overlooking the harbour in Berwick-upon-Tweed. The cottage has a king-size double and a double room, a bathroom, kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburner. Parking can be found in a free public car park to the rear, and the amenities of Berwick are on the doorstep from this enviable location, perched right on the historic quay walls. The Preacher's House is a great base for exploring the coast, or for heading inland to visit historic battle sites, beautiful countryside or visiting the vibrant cities of Newcastle and Edinburgh.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking in free public car park to the rear on first come, first served basis. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 2 mins walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: Cars cannot be parked outside the property. Note: Property is accessed via a flight of stone steps. Note: Use of owners' laundry can be arranged. Note: Children aged 8 years or over only.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:This was a beautiful cottage which was tastefully furnished and equipped to a very high standard. It was really like a home from home. The owners were very helpful and considerate. The situation of the cottage was excellent with beautiful views over the river. A most relaxing and enjoyable holiday and we would love to return soon.
