This property is an attractive single storey cottage within walking distance of the centre of the local village and can comfortably sleep up to six people. This single storey cottage enjoys an elevated position at the end of the village and has spectacular views through the trees to Budle Bay. The property has a bright modern feel but retains a welcoming atmosphere. The lovely fitted kitchen is well equipped and has an open-plan dining area. The sitting room is stylish and comfortably furnished with a gas fire. Outside there is a pleasant garden with furniture and a barbecue area and the garage has been put to use as a games and utility room. The centre of the village is just a 10 minute walk away and has various shops and restaurants. The location of the cottage makes it an ideal base for an enjoyable holiday all year round.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,We have stayed in a lot of holiday cottages up and down the country and without a shadow of a doubt this was the absolute best holiday home we have stayed in. We liked the location, the view and the size of the property. From the 'comfortableness' of it, to the totally secure garden for our dogs, to the very kind neighbour who lives next door, it was an absolute pleasure and we were both very disappointed to have only been staying a week! We will be back for another stay but a longer one next year. It is perfect and 100% recommended.

,The bungalow was first class. The views across to Budle bay from the living room were great. The bungalow was a great place to stay for visiting places of interest and we enjoyed using the garden as did our dog.
