This is a lovely, compact conversion in Beal, near Holy Island sleeping two people. Aidan Apartment is a lovely, compact conversion of a former schoolhouse in Beal, near Holy Island, with a spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine double bedroom, it can sleep two people. The cottage also has a ground floor shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for one car and a patio with furniture. Aidan Apartment is a wonderful base for your Northumberland holiday.

Electric night storage heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Enclosed front patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Coast 2 miles. Note: A shared lawned garden is available to use by prior arrangement with the owner. Note: Property is part of Farne Cottages, a small complex next to the A1 and some noise from both the road and a petrol station will be experienced during your stay. Note: Narrow winding stairs lead to the mezzanine bedroom, care should be taken and they may be unsuitable for the elderly or those with limited mobility. Note: Sloping ceiling in bedroom. Note: Check-in 4pm

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:For us the cottage was central to everything we planned to do. We were very close to Holy Island and visited there on 3 occasions. Everything we needed in the cottage was there and there was plenty of room for the two of us. There were lots of leaflets for places to visit and some books which we found handy when trying to identify birds we had seen.
