Dune View is the ideal property for a family holiday by the sea. This traditional terraced cottage is situated in Beadnell, near to the harbour and only a short walk from beautiful Beadnell Bay. Close to the local conveniences, Dune View offers comfortable and fully equipped holiday accommodation including three bedrooms, fitted kitchen and a sitting room with an open fireplace. There is an attractive garden to the front and a spacious grassed area to the rear of the property, which guests can use for relaxing in after a day's sightseeing. The beautiful sandy beach at Beadnell Bay is a simple stroll away along a nearby footpath and there is plenty to see in the surrounding area including picturesque fishing villages, castles, gardens and nature watching opportunities.

Electricity from coin-operated meter, starter pack of fuel for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed front garden with garden furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 1 mile. Beach 2 mins walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Dune View was in a great location, at just 2-3 minutes from the beach we could take the children on to the sands or to the rock pools really quickly. The house was also a great base, practical for the little ones but with a real comfort feel in the evenings when the grown ups could relax.
