This delightful end-terrace coastal cottage is centrally situated in High Hauxley, near Amble, and can sleep three people in two bedrooms.  Corner Cottage is a delightful end-terrace coastal cottage, centrally situated in High Hauxley, near Amble, and can sleep three people. There is a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, a utility room and a sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove. Outside there is off road parking for one car on the gravel driveway at the rear, additional unrestricted roadside parking outside the cottage on a first come, first served basis, an enclosed lawned garden with private courtyard area with furniture and a small front garden with a bench. Corner Cottage is a wonderful holiday base.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent.Highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car on gravel driveway at rear. Additional unrestricted roadside parking outside cottage on first come, first served basis. Enclosed lawned garden with private courtyard area with furniture. Small front garden with bench. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Beach 10 mins walk via public footpaths over open fields. Note: This property accepts a maximum of 7 night bookings.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and could not fault anything. It is one of the best places we have stayed and we have been on self catering holidays for many years. The owners have thought of absolutely everything and it really was a home from home. We found the guide books especially useful and could not believe the amount of books there were at the cottage.
