This pretty and charachterful cottage is in the city of Inverness in the Scottish Highlands and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  10 Douglas Row is a pretty terraced cottage on the banks of the River Ness in the centre of the city of Inverness in the Scottish Highlands. The cottage sleeps four people with two bedrooms and three bathrooms. The cottage also contains a kitchen, dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for one car and a private patio with furniture. A lovely riverside cottage ideally located for local facilities and plenty of things to do further afield.

Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview and Netflix, radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car, with additional permit roadside parking for one car. Patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurant 5 mins walk. Note: There is a river opposite the cottage, children should be supervised at all times. Note: Sloping ceiling in en-suite bedroom. Note: The off road parking is accessed up a narrow lane, please take care.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
