Note: Third bedroom is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children or 4 children, additional sofa bed available in sitting room. Note: Property is on a hill & can be accessed at ground floor level, with a ramped path suitable for wheelchairs, or via steps at bottom of hill.

This unusual and stunning property is spacious, full of unique features and offers superb family accommodation for up to eight people. This holiday property is unique and is situated in the secluded hamlet of Farr one mile from the village of Kincraig. It occupies an elevated position with views over Loch Insh on one side and the majestic Cairngorms on the other. There are large windows to the property to take advantage of the stunning views and the wildlife that can be enjoyed from the house. There are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room providing comfortable and luxurious accommodation for up to eight people. The spacious sitting room is warm and inviting with an open fire and large windows. The well equipped kitchen has a small breakfast area and there is a separate dining room. Outside is a mature garden with furniture, a perfect location for taking in the spectacular views. This property is a perfect base for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:We particularly enjoyed the house itself and the beautiful views surrounding the property. The hot tub was also a highlight of the trip, as well as being able to watch badgers, deer and birds outside the windows. The house itself was beautiful inside and out and we enjoyed spending time in the lounge area which overlooks the loch. The house is also ideally placed for activities in Aviemore and even closer at the Loch Insh watersport centre.
