The accommodation is set mostly over the ground floor and includes a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast area, a cosy sitting room with a dining area, a spacious and modern bathroom, as well as a useful shower room. There are two bedrooms; a king-size double is on the ground floor, and a pretty twin room can be found on the first floor. A handy snug room has its own TV and a single sofa bed. Outside there is off road parking for three cars, a large garden at the front and at the rear there is a raised garden and a patio. Hillfoot is a a lovely holiday home in a fabulous area with beautiful scenery and a plethora of activities on hand.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Bike/ski storage. Front lawned garden with bench. Enclosed raised lawned garden, patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 miles. Note: The rear lawned garden is accessed by 9 steps. Note: There are 3 steps leading to the front door.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
