A bright, beautiful semi-detached cottage in Withernwick, near Hornsea on the East Yorkshire coast, with two bedrooms accommodating up to four people.  This charming, beautifully-furnished semi-detached cottage in the pretty village of Withernwick, is five miles from Hornsea and the rugged coastline of East Yorkshire. It has a sitting room with a cast iron electric woodburner-effect stove, a kitchen with a dining area and wall-mounted TV. A bright, modern bathroom is on the ground floor, and stairs lead up to two comfy bedrooms; a twin and a room with a king-size bed, and a TV hidden inside a bank of mirrored wardrobes. Outside, an enclosed paved and gravelled garden has Rattan furniture, and is accessed via the kitchen. Roadside parking is available outside and he village pub is just a short walk away, at the end of the road. A lovely holiday base for friends and family.

Gas central heating with electric stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Unrestricted roadside parking on first come, first served basis. Enclosed, private rear garden with gravelled area and patio with furniture. Sorry, no smoking. 1 well behaved pet welcome. Shop 3 miles, pub 1 min walk. Note: One internal step between sitting room and kitchen.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
