A beautiful Georgian end-terraced house in the heart of the coastal town of Whitby, this property can sleep up to 12 people in spacious and elegant surroundings. This beautifully restored Georgian house is spread over three floors and has kept many of its original features such as stained glass windows, high ceilings, doors and fireplaces and the house has two staircases leading up to each floor, one of them being the servants' stairway at the back. The five bedrooms are spacious, elegant and peaceful. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower, with a further bathroom and a ground floor shower room serving the property. A range cooker takes pride of place in the fantastic dining kitchen and both sitting rooms boast a fireplace and offer comfortable and inviting living spaces. The whole property exudes character and charm and would make a marvellous base for a large family get together and to see this wonderful area.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
