The apartment has a double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom, along with an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area with views over the harbour and steam railway, and sitting area. Parking can be found on the roadside, and all the amenities of Whitby, plus the abbey and beach, are on the doorstep.River View is also well placed for enjoying the North York Moors, the city of York and the rest of the lovely Yorkshire coastline.

Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Free roadside parking in surrounding streets on first come, first served basis. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and harbour 3 mins walk. Beach 15 mins walk. Note: Second floor accommodation with steep stairs to access apartment, may not be suitable for less mobile.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Lovely apartment and lovely views everything you could hope for going self catering and more. We were genuinely sorry to leave, if we are ever in Whitby again this will be our first call.
