This beautiful, semi-detached barn conversion, just ten mins walk from Whitby, sleeps four people in two bedrooms.  Mallard Cottage is a delightful, semi-detached cottage set on the outskirts of Whitby in North Yorkshire. With one ground floor twin with en-suite wet room and one mezzanine king-size double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, this cottage can sleep four people. There's also an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner, while outside, there is an enclosed patio garden with furniture, plus off road parking for one car. Mallard Cottage is light and modern, offering fantastic accommodation for couples, small families and guests with limited mobility.

Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Cottage next to secondary school and small caravan park, some traffic noise can be heard at approx. 8.45am and 3.40pm during the week.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
