Outside is off road parking for four cars, and an enclosed garden with patio and furniture. Marston Grange Holiday Cottage is surrounded by countryside, yet is within easy reach of the amenities of York and Harrogate, and even the coastal resorts of Whitby and Scarborough.

,This is a well-appointed cottage which is kept meticulously clean. I found it fascinating that it sits in the location of the largest battle ever to take place on English soil. The proprietors had left a couple of hardback books on the subject. My wife and I agree that we would certainly look to returning to this cottage.

,The cottage was in a lovely location surrounded by open countryside but close to York. We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is close to Tockwith which had two nice playgrounds for our small children, and the garden was a massive bonus.
