This Grade II listed cottage is situated in Staithes and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Grimes Cottage is a Grade II listed, terraced cottage in the delightful seaside village of Staithes. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin, as well as a ground floor bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside this cottage is a small rear enclosed courtyard with furniture and parking is in a local car park. Grimes Cottage is an ideal base for families who wish to explore the North York Moors National Park, Whitby and Scarborough.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Pay and display car parks available in the top part of the village, charges apply at certain times of the year. Loading/unloading area approx. 100 yards from cottage - no parking at the bottom of Staithes village. Enclosed courtyard with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and beach 2 mins walk. Note: This cottage has narrow internal stairs. Note: Steps lead up to the cottage from the main street. Note: Mobile phone reception is limited in Staithes. Note: Parking and stairs may mean cottage is unsuitable for the less mobile. Note: Check-in 4pm.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
