Broomhill View is a terraced cottage in the centre of the North Yorkshire fishing village of Staithes. The cottage sleeps four people and has a double bedroom, a twin room and a family bathroom. It also has a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a sitting room with an open fire. Just a couple of minutes' walk away are the local shops and pubs and a the beach, making Broomhill View a wonderful coastal holiday cottage all year round.

Electricity inc. in rent, fuel for fire to purchase locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Loading/unloading only outside cottage, car parks at the top of village 5 mins walk (at bank Top, Glen Vale and Cowbar). Front bench. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and beach 2 mins walk. Note: This property has narrow cottage stairs. Note: Mobile reception is limited in Staithes.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property Feedback:We loved the location and sea view. The cottage is idyllic and well equipped. We really liked the master bedroom which was sunny, bright and really pretty to relax in.
