This beautiful stone and pantile barn conversion has been tastefully restored to provide comfortable accommodation for up to three people. This cleverly converted barn is in Staintondale and offers warm and inviting accommodation and is finished to a high standard. The sitting, dining and kitchen area are on open plan making the property light and airy, the kitchen is modern and well equipped but retains a farmhouse feel, and the dining area is a pleasant and relaxing space whilst the sitting area is comfortable and inviting. The two bedrooms are delightful with their sloping ceilings and original beams, giving them real character and charm. The luxurious bathroom houses a ‘shower bath' just right for a leisurely soak at the end of the day. The enclosed walled garden enables guests to enjoy the peace of the countryside and the property is an ideal holiday base.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:It was convenient for lots of places, and was quiet and peaceful but not too isolated. It was very comfortable and we were very lucky with the weather.
