This semi-detached cottage, which was once the village fire station, is situated on the outskirts of Sledmere and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Call Out Cottage was once used as a fire station and is set on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds village of Sledmere, eight miles from Driffield. This cottage sleeps four people and has two bedrooms, consisting of one double with an en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath and a twin with en-suite shower room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, as well as a ground floor shower room. Outside there's ample off road parking and an enclosed patio with furniture. Call Out Cottage is a great base for walks in the area, as well as visiting many attractions that can be found nearby.

Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
