This is a delightful single storey brick built cottage in a quiet courtyard setting and provides comfortable accommodation for up to five people. This charming cottage is in a courtyard setting just a few minutes from the centre of the village and it offers a high standard of accommodation. The accommodation is all located on the ground floor. There are two double bedrooms which are spacious, light and airy and tastefully decorated, and the kitchen is well equipped and has a breakfast bar. The generous lounge is a comfortable, inviting room and is a lovely spot to relax in at the end of the day, and the modern bathroom is well appointed. The communal garden has a lawned and gravelled area with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is a shop and a cafe just a five minute walk away and the property is well placed to see this fabulous area and all it has to offer.

Gas central heating. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Wifi, TV with Freesat, DVD. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Communal garden with lawned and gravelled area, garden furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and cafe 5 mins walk.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:Lovely peaceful location in a safe environment. Minutes walk to the beach, lovely walks to the village, and near to Whitby and surrounding areas. We had a wonderful week.
