This charming, brick-built single storey terraced cottage is set in a peaceful location and sleeps up to three people in comfort. This single storey terraced cottage enjoys a courtyard setting, and is on the site of the stables that housed the pit ponies who used to work the mine in the village. The property has been thoughtfully designed to offer comfortable accommodation. There is a spacious double bedroom, which has been simply but tastefully decorated and furnished. The kitchen is compact and equipped with all ‘mod cons,' and there is also a modern shower room. The sitting room is cosy and inviting with bright and cheery decoration and the dining area is located within this space, making intimate meals cosy and inviting. Outside there is a shared garden area with furniture and a barbecue. This property is well placed as a peaceful holiday retreat from which to explore this rich and diverse area.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
