This splendid detached cottage is located in the village of Brompton-by-Sawdon and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. The Wood Cottage is a detached cottage in the village of Brompton-by-Sawdon, just eight miles from Scarborough. The cottage sleeps six people in two double bedrooms, one with its own en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, one twin room and a separate basin and WC. The double and twin bedroom both share Jack-and-Jill access to a shower room on the first floor. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with a dining area, a utility room with a shower, plus a sitting room with an open fire. Outside is ample off road parking and an enclosed lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Situated on the edge of the Forge Valley, The Wood Cottage is a lovely family holiday cottage from which to explore this lovely part of the country.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The holiday home was in the right location for visiting the coastline and also the market towns and villages in the area. We hope to return again in the near future as it was a nice place to relax, with the large garden and plenty of room to park the cars. The views from the house are fantastic, it was an Ideal place to share special family time.
