The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for one car and a small, front patio with furniture. Garden Flat is a superb base for families with all the amenities of Scarborough a short walking distance away.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and all amenities within 5 mins walk. Cliff lift to beach 5 mins walk. Note: There are 9 steps to the entrance of this apartment, although there is access through patio doors at the back with 1 step. Note: No stag/hen or similar.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,We had a wonderful week in Garden Flat, it was very spacious, modern and comfortable. The communication between ourselves and the owner was excellent. The location was superb, very central with easy access to everywhere. The added bonus of a parking space was very convenient too. ,The apartment was very modern and spacious with everything we needed for our stay. The private parking space to the rear was an added bonus. The owners were lovely and communication with them was really good. This was a great apartment within walking distance of the South Bay attractions.
