The cottage has a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (accessed via steep cottage stairs), and an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, bike storage and a rear patio and lawn on the other side of the farm track with furniture. Beech Cottage is a lovely holiday base, in a wonderful area.

Eco heating with underfloor heating downstairs and woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, use of washing machine on request, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Rear patio and lawn on other side of farm track with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Access to this property is via a 0.25 mile tarmac farm track. Note: Due to steep cottage stairs, care should be taken.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:We really enjoyed the holiday - the cottage was perfect for both us and our dog. It was comforting to know that the friendly owners lived next door but at no point did we feel imposed upon; we were left alone to enjoy the week. The walks around the local area were fantastic!
