This detached red brick cottage overlooks the resort of Robin Hood's Bay, close to Whitby in the North York Moors National Park and sleeps five people in three bedrooms. Heather Croft is a lovely detached red brick cottage that overlooks the coastal resort of Robin Hood's Bay, six miles from Whitby in the North York Moors National Park. This cottage sleeps five people and has three bedrooms, consisting of one double and one twin bedroom, both on the first floor and a ground floor single, as well as a first floor family shower room and a ground floor family bathroom. The cottage also has a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with balcony. Outside, this cottage has off road drive-in parking to the front of the cottage for two cars, with additional secure off road parking available opposite the cottage and a balcony area set in an enclosed garden with sea views and garden furniture. Heather Croft is a fabulous family holiday cottage close to many areas of interest.

Oil central heating. Electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, video, DVD, stereo/CD, WiFi. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Large, sunny balcony area set in enclosed garden with sea views and garden furniture. Off road drive-in parking to front of property for 2 cars. Additional secure off road parking available opposite. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins, harbour and beaches 10 mins. Note: Although this is a no pet property, the owners' dogs do stay in the property occasionally, as such, this property is not completely free of pet traces.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
