This cosy, quirky cottage is situated on the edge of Pickering, and sleeps two people in a mezzanine double bedroom. Cherry Tree Cottage is a characterful, romantic hideaway on the fringes of Pickering. With one double mezzanine bedroom, it is ideal for a romantic escape for two. There is also a shower room, and downstairs, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside is access to a shared courtyard garden with furniture, and an off road parking space. With its pretty features, and the town close by, Cherry Tree Cottage is a great base to escape to.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property Feedback:The cottage was located within a few minutes of the town centre. It had an enclosed garden which was excellent for our dog. It had a wood burning stove and central heating which made it very cosy in the evenings. Overall the cottage was excellent value for money.

,We had a fantastic time at Cherry Tree cottage. The property was close to Scarborough, Whitby, York and the Yorkshire moors. We had a fantastic time using the log burner and relaxing in the cottage. We also loved the fact that we could take our dog with us.
